My passion for photography started at a young age where I grew up in Clandeboye, Manitoba. In high school, I enrolled in all the photography courses that were available to me. Over the years, I have always obtained employment that involved working with people and animals such as the Selkirk Veterinary Service, Videon (now Shaw), Puratone, and Manitoba Conservation at Birds Hill Provincial Park.

In the early days of shooting film, I continued to learn on my own through photographing weddings, family portraits, Santa photos, sports teams and more. To stay current with the quickly changing technology, in 2008 I invested in a professional grade DSLR. There was so much to learn with the digital technology including learning Lightroom and Photoshop so I decided to further my education at PrairieView School of Photography in Winnipeg. Graduating in 2011, I now have a diploma in Professional Photography.

I currently reside in Clandeboye, Manitoba with my two wonderful daughters and very supportive husband. Living on fifty acres of beautiful land continually offers inspiration and fuels my passion for photography. I have captured special memories of my family, children, and pets over the years and these photographs are one of my most valued possessions.
